Having trouble contacting us by phone?

We have not gone anywhere, and we are likely open for business as usual unless there is a message on the answering machine stating that we are closed.

Comcast has been having frequent service outages in the Fruitvale neighborhood, so if you cannot reach us by phone during normal business hours, we are probably experiencing a service outage. You can email us at fruitvaleoptometry@gmail.com to confirm — we usually use our cell phones as hotspots during an outage, so we will see your email.

If PG&E has cut the power, we will have to close our doors, but we can still see your emails from home.

We have investigated switching our phone service, but our fellow tenants in the Village report similar problems with other providers. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to serving you as soon as possible.
